What are the shipping options?

- At Tinc Kuwait, we offer two types of shipping options, first one is Free Standard Shipping. You are eligible for free standard shipping if you place an order for 12 KD or more. Second one is Standard Shipping. The cost of standard shipping is calculated at the time of shipping. For both shipping options the time frame for your items to be delivered is the same.

When will I receive my order?

- We process your orders the same day we receive them. Your order might take 2-4 days to be delivered depending on your location.

What do I do if I never received my order?

- If you haven't received your order after 7 days, please get in contact with us via email or phone.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

- If you received a defective order, we will receive the item back and refund you the amount you paid for the defected item.

Which countries do you ship to? 

- At the moment we only ship to Kuwait. You can visit tinc.co.uk for International Delivery!

Where are you located?

Can I make changes to my order after I placed the order?

- If you have placed your order and its still not out for delivery, you can make changes to your order by simply calling us at 55214822.
